WHY I DO THIS WORK

James Baldwin once said, "Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced." This resonates deeply with my commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Through education and engagement, I aim to create transformative spaces where individuals, especially young Black males, can navigate their identities with authenticity and pride.
